Our applicant management system and your data

adesta uses a database-supported applicant management system. The information and personal data provided by you within the framework of our applicant management system are compared with the requirements of the requested position and are used to offer you suitable jobs at potential employers.

The data and information which we collect within the framework of the applicant management system include the data entered by you in the system, e.g.

  • Name,
  • Gender,
  • Home address,
  • Telephone number(s),
  • e-mail address,
  • Age,

as well as any documents provided by you, e.g.

  • Certificates/qualifications,
  • Images/photographs

If you send an application via our application management system, the data which you provide and all data and personal information collected during the application procedure will be stored - permanently by adesta - until we receive instructions to the contrary from you - and may be processed accordingly, used to perform a contract and also transmitted in this respect to our customers for the purpose of helping to find job placements/tasks.
