adesta was celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2019. Susanne Schulz, Managing Director of adesta, describes in an interview the situation at the time, the motivation for founding the company, its expertise and objectives.
You have become successfully established on the market as a recruitment and outsourcing specialist. Where does your expertise lie?
Susanne Schulz: We offer a full service for applicants and companies. Our core competencies are the recruitment and placement of skilled personnel and different outsourcing services.
First-rate guest speakers will hold interesting talks during the adesta Business Forum at the end of August. To be precise, the focal points of these talks will be as follows: Recruitment of personnel in digital innovation culture, specific action recommendations for companies and unique methods to increase personal mental strength as a success factor.
Another sustainability project was started on 28 February 2019 on the occasion of company anniversary "20 years of adesta".
As a show of gratitude for loyalty and allegiance to the company, adesta donated 21 trees to the city and transferred the sponsorships for these trees to long-standing employees.
In adesta's mission statement the tree represents the five core competencies which provide employees with guidance and support in their daily cooperation with applicants, work colleagues and customers.
