Customer Ser­vice Specialist (m/f)

  • You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries, which you will respond at a high service level by telephone and/or mail
  • You process and manage quotes and orders to exceed customer expectations
  • Moreover, you coordinate and monitor all deliveries
  • You communicate with internal departments as needed for the purpose of providing excellent service
  • Finally, you are responsible for documentation via the in-house system
  • You have successfully completed commercial training
  • You have more than two years of experience in the area of Customer Ser­vice
  • You have very good communication skills and a high customer service orientation
  • You improve your personal performance continuously
  • You are a very enthusiastic and highly motivated person with a great team spirit
  • You are well-versed with MS-Office, SAP is a plus
  • Key: excellent German and English language skills
