We're looking to strengthen their EMEA Internal Account Ma­nage­ment Team located near Frankfurt/ Main.

Inside Sales Representative (m/f) - Dutch and English

  • You acquire new customers via cold calling  to expand and generate new business and hence to build a successful market position
  • You are responsible for the existing customer care and continuing sales via telephone within your assigned region of Europe
  • Qualify leads to determine potential and convert them into business and update data in CRM tool to keep track of all activities
  • You create and calculate individual deals and ensure the follow-up until the contract is completed
  • You identify relevant target companies and their demands and sell products accordingly as well as observe our competitors
  • Finally, you are responsible for documentation via the CRM System and transparent and regular reportings
  • You have successfully completed commercial training and several years of experience in telephone sales with a proven track record
  • You have great passion and skills for inside sales with a high level of commitment and customer orientation
  • You have very good communication skills, negotiating skills and closing strength
  • You improve your personal performance continuously and are happy to be measured against KPIs
  • You have a quick readiness of mind and affinity for  technology
  • You are a very enthusiastic and highly motivated person with a great team spirit
  • You have an intercultural competence and an understanding of the European markets
  • You are well-versed with MS-Office and CRM tools (Oracle preferred)
  • Key - Required language skills: English and Dutch
