Customer Ser­vice Assistant (m/f)

  • Room to show and improve your ideas
  • An interesting and varied scope of tasks
  • A passionate team and in­ter­na­tio­nal environment
  • You act as the key contact at any time, verbally, by telephone or written correspondence
  • Providing help and advice customers regarding products and services
  • Take product orders, check inventory availability or status of shipment
  • You handle complaints and returns professionally
  • Working with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
  • Build consistently relationships and trust with new customers
  • Continuously identify improvement potentials in our processes and help to implement these
  • Completed apprenticeship or Bachelor degree, desired in Business Administration
  • Well-grounded practical experience in the field of Customer Ser­vice
  • You have already worked with MS-Office and SAP R/3
  • You have excellent knowledge in English and German, further languages are a plus
  • You are an organizational talent and flexible in stressful situations
  • You convince with your communication skills and customer orientation
  • You have a po­si­ti­ve attitude and are able  to solve problems easily
