Customer Ser­vice Specialist (m/f)

  • an exciting challenge in the field of customer service

  • responsible for all customer service functions
  • provide verbal and written advice in English and German  to all incoming requests of customers
  • identify and assess customers’ needs and offer commercial solutions in cooperation with internal functions
  • work very close with other departments to provide the best possible customer service experience
  • guarantee on-time delivery and assure customer satisfaction at anytime via SAP R/3
  • respond billing inquiries and process refunds via SAP R/3
  • support optimal efficiencies and quality by handling all requests and processes according to departmental policies
  • provide a professional interface between internal colleagues and stakeholders
  • maintain knowledge data base via SAP R/3
  • successfully completed apprenticeship or Bachelor degree, desired in Business Administration
  • practical experience in the field of Customer Ser­vice
  • experience in back office processes
  • exceptional Customer Ser­vice skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • excellent English and German verbal and written skills
  • team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to problem solve and innovative process improvements
  • good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • at least basic skills in SAP R/3
