Customer Ser­vice Representative (m/f)

  • An engaging Customer Ser­vice role with high degrees of responsibility and autonomy
  • A passionate team and in­ter­na­tio­nal environment

  • First contact person for national and in­ter­na­tio­nal customers
  • Providing help and advice customers regarding products and services
  • Act as a service oriented key contact at any time, verbally by telephone and written correspondence via email or letter
  • Working with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
  • Liaising with our suppliers for order updates and product details via SAP R/3
  • Manage and prioritise information flow, i.e. calls, contacts, emails via SAP R/3
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Respond billing inquiries and process refunds via SAP R/3
  • Build consistently relationships and trust with new customers
  • Completed apprenticeship or Bachelor degree, desired in Business Administration
  • Well-grounded practical experience in the field of Customer Ser­vice
  • First experience in back office processes
  • Exceptional Customer Ser­vice skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Excellent English and German as a must, Ideally knowledge in an additional foreign languages
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and innovative process improvements
  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • At least good skills in SAP R/3 or in another ERP system
