International Customer Ser­vice Specialist (m/f/d)

  • responsible for all customer service functions
  • provide verbal and written advice in English,German and ideally a third lanagugae to all incoming requests of customers
  • identify and assess customers’ needs and offer commercial solutions in cooperation with internal functions
  • work very close with other departments to provide the best possible customer service experience
  • guarantee on-time delivery via SAP R/3 and assure customer satisfaction at anytime
  • respond billing inquiries and process refunds via SAP R/3
  • provide a professional interface between internal colleagues and stakeholders
  • Keep record of customer interaction in SAP R/3
  • excellent English and German language skills, ideally a third language like French/Spanish/Italian/Russian/Polish/Dutch
  • successfully completed apprenticeship or Bachelor degree, desired in Business Administration
  • practical experience in the field of Customer Ser­vice
  • exceptional Customer Ser­vice skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to problem solve and innovative process improvements
  • good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally in SAP R/3 or another ERP-System like Microsoft Navision/ AS 400 / Sage / Oracle
