Customer Ser­vice Expert (m/f/d) Area France & UK

  • Working for one of the leaders in the engineering company
  • Be a part of a newly established Customer Ser­vice Team
  • Room to show and improve your ideas
  • You act as the key contact at any time, verbally, by telephone or written correspondence
  • Building relationships and trust with new customers goes for you quite natural
  • You can manage all customer accounts and provide advice regarding products and services
  • You creat offers in French as well as in English
  • You are always up to date regarding inventory availability and status of shipment
  • You support and interact with sales representatives
  • You handle complaints and returns professionally
  • You identify improvement potentials in the processes easily and help to implement these
  • You have an educational background in business / commerce / trade or similar
  • Your professional experience made you an expert in customer service
  • You have excellent verbal and written English and French language skills
  • Ideally knowledge in German or Italian
  • People like you for your po­si­ti­ve attitude as well as the easy way, how you solve problems
  • You convince with your communication skills and customer orientation
  • You are an organizational talent and flexible in stressful situations
