- As a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) you will support an assigned national and international customer base and actively build customer relationships
- You will be involved in order processing / order management
- You will work closely with the sales department
- You are responsible for the preparation of tender documents
- Your area of responsibility is rounded off by the maintenance of master data
- You have successfully completed your commercial training and/or studies
- You have some professional experience in customer service or inside sales
- You are business fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken
- Ideally you have already worked with a CRM / ERP system, e.g. Oracle or Salesforce
- You are a loyal soul and looking for a long-term employer
- Team orientation and the ability to work under pressure is no problem for you
