Find your place: "You are worth it!"
Under the motto “You are worth it!”, The adesta Foundation is especially dedicated to young people. The aim and purpose is to support and accompany students in getting to know each other and dealing with their strengths, talents and personal abilities. Even before graduation, this offers more orientation and security in the upcoming career path.
The heart of the adesta Foundation is the CSR project “Personality and Career Orientation”, which has been in existence since 2008, by the recruiting & outsourcing specialist adesta. As part of educational partnerships, the adesta Foundation is expanding this project to include other schools and school types. “The aim is for the students to find their vocation through the 'right' training or the 'right' degree. We want to help people to help themselves and in doing so serve future generations with our knowledge and know-how ”, says Susanne Schulz, member of the Board of Trustees.

Become an education partner - for schools
As an educational partner, you and your school institution join the adesta Foundation's goal of supporting and accompanying young people in their professional orientation at an early stage. In cooperation with you, our experts will present the foundation project “You are worth it!” and work with you to determine the project schedule that is individually tailored to your school organization. In the relevant grades, our competent project staff hold an information event, after which the students can decide to participate on a voluntary basis. After the binding registration and the written consent of the legal guardian, the students receive an official confirmation and the implementation of the project “Personality and Career Orientation” by the adesta Foundation can begin. We offer the entire process both with face-to-face events or, since 2020, also completely digitally.
With the decision to become an education partner, you make a significant contribution to enabling the students to have a positive and sustainable start to their professional future. The sooner they become aware of their own strengths, talents and talents, the sooner they can use them to find the right job.
