Temp-to-Perm

Temp-to-perm combines both personnel placement and temporary employment. This puts not only you as an entrepreneur but also your employees in a position to test without commitment and for an unlimited period if it is a good match. Real conditions help to find out whether expectations on both sides are met and if a direct contract is applicable.
Both parties benefit from the special procedure since they do not have to take on the risks of an immediate permanent contract. The employee is financially secure, because he is employed by adesta. You as the future employer minimize your business risk and stay flexible in your decisions. A contract is not signed until you are convinced that expectations on both sides are met. Then the temporary employment is replaced by a permanent contract.
