• analyse your personal situation together with you (as an employee affected by job loss)
• develop solution-oriented, precise and realistic targets, checking your previous life and modify your career planning where necessary
• coach you individually so that you can independently put together a attractive application for a specific job advertisement
• prepare you for the application process (e. g. first contact, short interviews by telephone, personal job interviews)
• support and encourage you to review job advertisements actively and independently and finally to enter into new employment
